For  Harley FLH with bat wings from 1995 to 2008 . Cost a fraction of what it would be to replace the whole support frame. The kit comes with anti-vibration mount. This should be a permanent solution. The upgraded repairs could be done in less than 30 minutes.

You simply remove the broken piece and the bolt and replace it with the anti-vibration mount and rivet thebracket to the frame.
